From hotel reservation counters to the Singapore Visitors Centres, these services are all conveniently located in the arrivals level of Terminals 1, 2 and 3.
The Singapore Tourism Board operates Singapore Visitors Centres from 0600hr to 0200hr at the arrivals level. Each Centre provides the following services :
Visitors can make hotel reservation at the Singapore Visitors Centres or Hotel Reservation Counters at the arrivals level. A deposit of S$10 per reservation, deductible from the hotel bill at the end of stay, is payable.

Visitors who arrive too early to check into their hotel in town can visit the Arrival Lounge at the arrivals level of Terminal 3 for a quick snooze or a refreshing shower. The Singapore Stopover Holiday programme is offered by Singapore Airlines and available to only passengers traveling on Singapore Airlines and SilkAir flights. On arrival, participants should proceed to the SIA Stopover Holiday Counter at the arrivals level of Terminals 2 or 3 to arrange accommodation and return transfer. Coach transfers to city are available and the average waiting time is approximately fifteen to twenty minutes.
