 Answers

1. When may I Check-in for my flight?
Check-in starts at least 2 hours before flight departure. The start and end times of Check-In operations vary by airline, and passengers are advised to check with their airline for information. Some airlines offer Early Check-In services, which enable passengers to check in hours or even days before their flight. It is recommended that passengers Check-in 2 hours before their flight, or before that should earlier Check-in be available.

Passengers are also encouraged to use Phone, Fax, Website, E-Mail, SMS and WAP-based "Off-Airport" Check-In options provided by numerous Changi airlines, by which they can confirm their flights and choose their seats anywhere at their convenience, prior to arriving at the airport to collect their boarding pass and deposit their hold baggage. Passengers who have checked-in Off-Airport may choose to arrive at the departure hall 1 hour before flight departure (or 45 mins before departure, should they have no hold baggage). Please contact your airline for more information. We encourage passengers to Check-in early and enjoy the many facilities, services, and shopping and dining options available.
