The Singapore Tourism Board operates Singapore Visitors Centres at Terminals 1, 2 and 3 from 0600hr to 0200hr. The Centres are located at departures/ transit level and arrivals level and offer the following services: Passengers connecting at Terminals 1, 2 and 3 with at least six hours to spare in transit can, subject to visa requirements, take a free city shuttle to Little India, Suntec City or Bugis Street. Departure schedules are available at the visitors centers.
Offered jointly by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, Singapore Airlines and Singapore Tourism Board, passengers connecting at Terminals 1, 2 and 3 with at least five hours to spare in transit can (subject to visa requirements) participate in the daily free two-hour city tour. Current departure timings are 0900 hrs / 1100 hrs / 1300 hrs / 1500 hrs / 1600 hrs and 1700 hrs. All tours are conducted in English.
A taxi tour guide licensed by the Singapore Tourism board will show tourists the wonders and sights in the city. Each tour is three hours and the fees are as follows: - Taxi tour guide with a regular taxi (4 passengers): S$105.00
- Taxi tour guide with a Mercedes Limousine Taxi (4 passengers): S$135.00
- Taxi tour guide with a Mercedes Vito Taxi (6 passengers): S$135.00
