A JetQuay personal concierge will greet and escort each passenger personally upon arrival or departure and be on standby to assist with luggage check-in or retrieval and customs and security clearance at JetQuay’s dedicated customs, imtmigration and security counters, facilitating speedier clearance. 
At the highest level of service, passengers will be transported via limousine on the tarmac between their commercial or private aircraft and the JetQuay facility. JetQuay also offers access to exclusive amenities such as a five-star lounge with in-built tabletop PCs, ideal for passengers who wish to catch up on work. W-fi access is also available throughout the facility for easy internet connectivity. 
Additionally, there is a business centre and meeting rooms as well as a transit conference room which is created specifically for passengers who wish to conduct meetings with their local guests while at the airport. There is also a bistro, a mini gym as well as a spa offering a menu of deluxe services. JetQuay offers a multi-tiered membership structure tailored to meet the varying needs of passengers. Individual, group and corporate memberships are available. Members will need to purchase points which will be progressively deducted from their account as they use particular services, with members buying more points enjoying a greater discount. JetQuay also welcomes passengers who wish to use the facility on an ad-hoc basis.
